Indianhead International School (IIS), established in 1979, is private, nonsectarian, and non-profit school located in Uijeongbu City, about 20km north of Seoul. IIS offers a comprehensive American-based K-12 curriculum of the highest quality for expatriate children and Korean nationals determined eligible for enrollment by the Korean Ministry of Education. IIS is fully accredited by the California-based, Western Association of School and Colleges (WASC).

IIS has two academic buildings, one for elementary and one for middle school and high school students. The High School building has two fully equipped computer laboratories, two science laboratories, two art rooms, two music rooms, a suite of music practice rooms, and individual subject teacher classrooms. It also contains a well-equipped library, a large cafeteria, and two indoor aerobic/dance areas. The Elementary building has eight classrooms that house grades K-5. Additionally, this building offers a spacious auditorium, and residential accommodations for the teaching faculty.

At Indianhead School we believe that everyone is unique, and as such are valued for their abilities and their potential. Our student body and faculty represent many backgrounds and experiences. The diversity created provides a challenging yet enriching environment for a community of learners to work together.

Small class sizes and low pupil-teacher ratios characterize an education at Indianhead. We are steadfastly committed to individualized guidance and careful monitoring of individual needs.

We are very proud of our learning community and welcome dynamic, experienced educators that would continually strive to make our school even better.
